      Hi

      Basically you need to replace two of your meals with the formula 1. You may mix your powder with soy milk (the best), skim milk or juice. Take your Formula 2 three times a day, before each meal. Take two Cell-U-Loss three times a day along with your vitamin. Take Cell-Activator as well (two capsules) three times aday. It will help your body to absorb nutrients from the food you eat.

      You need to eat one regular meal of your choice during the day (protein, whole grains, vegetables). You may also enjoy some fruits between meals or with your shake.

      Take one Total Control 1-1/2 hour after breakfast and 1-1/2 hours after lunch to suppress your appetite and speed metabolism. If you still experience hunger you may increase the Total Control to 11/2 tablets twice a day. You can go up to 2 tablets twice a day….but always start with one, then gradually increase.I personally take the Herbal Concentrate in the morning right after I wake up and I might enjoy it in the afternoon as well, but not always.

      I personally have lost 30 lbs by using Herbalife products and still maintain my ideal weight after nine years. However I am still taking the products for nutritional support.

    Ok…Thanks for stopping by. I have ben using Herbalife products for about 1 and a half months ago. I use the aloe drink, Tea, Formula, Vitamin pill and Cell activator. I do it in the morning and then I eat what ever after….So I cheat alot. Lately i have been feeling very bad pain in my stomach and also the upper part of right side and upper back. It feels like a hot (spicy) feeling. its very painful. I think its because I eat hot sauce or something. Could you tell me what you think it is or if you have had that feeling. Thanks!!!

      Your liver is located in the upper right quadrant of your stomach area, may be something happening there. The first thing I would do is get off the Herbalife Products. It’s not doing you any good anyhow from what you are saying, that you cheat a lot. I don’t even know what it is for or why you are taking it, so I believe you should quit it and see if your symptoms go away. Your system just may not be programmed for this barrage of products. Good luck to you young lady.

      It’s just the vitamins they change the color of urine, I had many times freaked because my urine was an unnatural color. You should be concerned if your urine becomes cloudy, smells and burns then you probably have an infection. For now I would just anticipate the next color of your urine while taking new supplements it could be a fun guessing game :)

    1. Does it matter what age you are? Could a teenager do this?

      I am a Herbalife distributor and the Quick start is an excellent program to start with.. I just wanted to tell you be careful about ordering products from Ebay and other websites online.. You want to make sure that you are buying them from an actual distributor because that way you know the products you’re getting are fresh and not old.. Its hard to tell or even know when you order from someplace else.. Also, when you order from an actual distributor, you get that one on one coaching and support that you probably won’t get from places like Ebay.. Ok, with that said, here are the answers to your questions..

      1) Yes a teenager could do this.
      2) I love both Cookies n Cream and Dutch Chocolate. I also love Vanilla because it can be made many different ways..
      3) You have 2 shakes a day (ie-for breakfast and lunch), with 2 healthy snacks in between and a colorful dinner, just cut back a little.. Your take your tablets 3 times a day and you can drink 2-3 cups a day… Its that simple…

    Hi, I'm thirteen and in 7th grade :) Going into middle school can be a scary thing when you're not happy with your body, so it's good that you are wanting to change that :) Here's how you can start out. First, before exercise, comes nutrition. Make sure you are putting the right kinds of food in your body. Avoid junk food like ice cream, chips, soda, and fast food. Look more into things like fresh fruit, veggies and dip, lean meats, frozen yogurt (for a treat) organic dairy products, and organic snacks that can satisfy your cravings. A few excellent suggestions are kashi cereal (it's organic, and delicious!), Cheerios, or honey nut cheerios. There are many other kinds of cereal that are good for you. If you're not feeling like cereal that morning, then you can have a parfait, which is frozen fruit in yogurt with nuts, a bagel w/ low fat cream cheese, or an english muffin with butter and preserves!     Exercise is a very important part of your daily life. Don't just try to lose the weight, then stop. Keep exercising. It will leave you feeling great! I had a friend from school who hated her body because she was over weight. I told her that she should know that she is beautiful right now, just as she is, but that if she couldn't ever be happy with her body unless she lost weight, then I would help her. I suggested some moves for her, gave her a list of foods, and a few tips about eating healthy and exercising. We lost contact for a few months (she lives in another state), but then I got an im saying that she was so grateful because she had lost over 25 pounds! She was just going to keep going!
    It's the same with you. If you're not happy with your body, then you can try to lose weight. But you need to realize that you ARE beautiful just the way you are. The only reason why you should be doing this is for yourself, not for anybody else at school! Do it because it's healthy, it makes you feel good, and it is for YOU.
    Here are the moves I suggested to my friend. They are from seventeen magazine, which I am subscribed to :) There are tons of videos. Just try out each one, and you'll get in shape in no time! The one that best worked for fixing my friends booty, was the buns of summer workout. I would also suggest doing plies from ballet. They are very effective, and they give you long lean beautiful muscles, instead of bulky muscles. Also, they work out your whole body, not just one part! You can find the moves and positions (there are five) online at you tube. Don't forget to do cardio exercises too! Like running, jogging, and jump roping! Whatever you do, avoid doing crunches or sit ups. They are bad for you back and build bulky muscles, or none at all! When you're first getting started, don't look for results to keep you going. Go by the inner feeling it gives you, knowing that you are getting healthy and doing something for yourself and your body. Respect your body! Good luck, and remember, you're beautiful without being super skinny!!

    I was coming to write basically what Amanda just wrote. It doesn't matter if the muscle is lean or “bulky” it's still muscle regardless…so when you're working out, you may be dropping fat and calories but you're still gaining muscle. That's why I hate it when people look at the scale all the time, especially when they do work out all the time. I work out every day (running and machines) and I know that I'm losing fat but I'm not losing weight because I'm gaining muscle. So don't get annoyed or discouraged!
